Fanshawe College Residence and Conference Centre will be opening its doors to all Regional competitors and volunteers. This is the same style of residence we are familiar with from Kitchener, Oshawa and Georgetown. Check out the accomodations here.
The discounted group rate for a two bedroom suite is $74.95 plus 11% tax based on double occupancy ($5.00 additional adult; children 12 and under stay free). Mapquest calculates the distance to Ilderton as 15.82 miles with a traveling time of 28 min (not at 6am however). The residence is located in North London, in close proximity to Tim Hortons, Starbucks, and a new Williams Coffee and Dairy Queen to name a few.
**Any disturbances reported by the residence staff to the organizing committee will result in dismissal from the Regionals.

There are a very limited number ( approximately 20) of 15 amp camp sites on-site (no AC) which will be assigned on a by random draw at close of event. You will be notified if your request cannot be met. Application for on-site camping can be found here. Random drawing will occur on Friday, April 4, 2008.
CAMPING ON-SITE:
The Ilderton Fairgrounds offers unlimited, unserviced camping. There are minimal flush toilets to be supplemented with the ever present port a-potties, one (1) lockable shower, potable water for fillups of water tanks.
Camping will be available Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings. Check in after 6 pm Thursday, check out 9am Monday.
There will be one pump out available over the weekend. Details to follow.
